Our advanced equipment includes centrifuges, AGNF systems (1KL to 12KL) in SS and Hastelloy, various filtration systems (Leaf, Membrane, Sparkler), and specialized milling equipment like pulverizers and micronisers. Additionally, our solvent dehydration system, with an inbuilt molecular sieves regeneration system can handle 7kLD of solvents.
We also maintain specialized equipment such as blenders, sifters, driers (RVD, FBD, VTD), a DM water plant, steam/thermic fluid boilers, chilling plants, licensed underground solvent tank farms, and power generators. Environmental management is ensured with MEE/RO systems for effluent treatment.

We operate using a combination of manual control, SCADA for real-time data monitoring, and DCS-controlled systems, ensuring maximum precision and efficiency throughout all stages of production. This integrated approach allows us to maintain strict oversight and adaptability, whether managing complex chemical reactions or monitoring critical parameters in real time for enhanced safety and consistency.
